In about an hour and a half, I will cover all things pumping related from selecting a pump that works for you, pump part cleaning and care/replacement, milk storage, mama/lactation professional approved 'hacks', sample pumping schedules for back to work mamas, maintaining milk supply while pumping, pain while pumping and so much more! Trust me, this workshop is a great one to add to your tool kit after taking my prenatal class...it is 100% relatable.
